Aquatica quick queue12/1/2023 They get out of line and go to the top, to be told they don't have quick queue and go to the end of the line. Every so often someone notices there appears to be two lines, and the other line is non-existent. There are signs which point to which side you should stand for quick queue or main queue, but with few people using the quick queue most people naturally just fill in all the space. Many think you are trying to cut the line and get defensive. Later in the day when the waits are 45 minutes, you will have to be assertive to get people to move. The free areas for all customers give the same sun loungers and massive 12ft umbrellas that can shade a whole family. For two of us we spent USD 60 to sit in the same place as everyone else, with no extra amenities and less shade. There is NO towel service, NO locker service, NO bar/food service. You are sat in the middle of the main beach area with everyone else (there are some bushes which separate the area). The only difference is they offer an attachable shade creation which can only shade your upper body (your legs can burn freely, apparently). First of all the beach loungers (unlike the old Wet n' Wild park and even Volcano Bay) are just the same free standard loungers that anyone else in the park can enjoy for free. This is an enjoyable water park, but after spending almost USD 70 for a Quick Queue per person and USD 30 each for beach loungers during peak season, we felt rather short changed.
